Doris Included in Ireland Selection But Joe McCarthy Left Out
Returning manager Andy Farrell has named skipper Doris in his Ireland squad for the fall internationals, however lock McCarthy is absent.
The captain, absent from play since undergoing shoulder surgery in early May, has come back to provincial training, but it remains unclear if he will be fit to face New Zealand in the US on November 1.
Second row Joe McCarthy, on the other hand, did not make the cut after failing to recover from the foot injury he sustained during the opening Lions match against the Wallabies in July.
Ulster player Cormac Izuchukwu and southern province wing Calvin Nash are not included due to injury, and number 15 Keenan was previously excluded after undergoing a hip operation after the summer tour.
Dublin province forward Paddy McCarthy - Joe's younger brother - is the only new member in the 34-man squad, however the Irish Rugby Football Union says uncapped Munster duo Edogbo and Brian Gleeson and previously capped western province winger Bolton will travel to Chicago as "cover".
Following facing the All Blacks at Soldier Field in a rematch of their previous encounter, Ireland host the Brave Blossoms, the Wallabies and world champions South Africa in Dublin.
"There's an exciting look to the panel and it's a chance for the more experienced players and for those who made their debuts on the recent tour to the Lelos and the Lobos," commented Farrell, who returns to Ireland duty after taking a sabbatical to coach the Lions tour to Australia.

Frawley is the third number 10 selected with the coach opting against calling up Leinster's Harry Byrne.

Henshaw, Bundee Aki, Garry Ringrose and McCloskey form an experienced cohort of midfield choices. Jamie Osborne is another option in the centres, but the youngster is additionally a frontrunner to cover for Keenan at number 15.
Outside backs James Lowe, Mack Hansen, Tommy O'Brien and Jacob Stockdale are included. O'Brien impressed on his first Ireland outings during the summer with a brace each in the wins over the Lelos and Portugal.
