England Bring Back Saka But Bellingham, Phil Foden & Jack Grealish Are Omitted
The Arsenal forward has netted 12 goals in 44 appearances for England.
The national side have recalled Bukayo Saka for next week's fixtures versus Wales and Latvia, yet there's no spot for Jude Bellingham, Phil Foden or Grealish.
Gunners attacker Saka missed the previous qualifier wins against Serbia and Andorra due to a hamstring issue.
Saka recently returned for Arsenal and scored in their 2-0 win over the Greek side midweek.
The England international replaces club colleague Noni Madueke, who is sidelined till next month because of a knee injury.
England face Wales in a warm-up match at Wembley on Thursday before a qualifying match in Latvia on 14 October.
If England win in Latvia, they will require a maximum of two points from their last two matches against Serbia and Albania in the next month to reach next summer's tournament in North America.
Leverkusen's Quansah comes in for Newcastle's Tino Livramento, who is sidelined for two months after sustaining a knee issue against Arsenal recently.
Anderson and Spence, who received their first England call-ups last month, retain their places. Loftus-Cheek also remains in the squad, even with the recovery of Adam Wharton.
The attacker has featured in just a single match for Tuchel since he became England manager, due to fitness and hamstring injuries.
The midfielder missed the previous squad as he recovered from shoulder surgery and has only made one start for his club after coming back from injury.
The Manchester City player was omitted from Tuchel's previous selection after a dip in performance and has been unable to force his way back, even with a impressive beginning to the campaign with City.
Grealish also is excluded in spite of a resurgence with Everton. The 30-year-old has not played for England since last year.

'Focus on omissions over inclusions'
Thomas Tuchel's new selection draws attention on those the head coach has left out instead of the players he has selected.
Jude Bellingham's exclusion may raise some eyebrows but Tuchel believes there is no rush to recall the Madrid midfielder.
City’s Foden and loanee Jack Grealish have both performed well at the start of the season.
Those who the manager used in the team’s qualifying victories versus Andorra and Serbia deserve the chance to continue.
There will be disappointment that Arsenal's Madueke is not involved due to injury.
Anderson has settled well at England senior level.
The England boss is a admirer of the attacker, in particular, as well as Foden.
If there is one surprise, it comes in the absence of Palace’s Adam Wharton.
The star, of course, will be needed further down the line.
