While some may label Marvel Rivals as an Overwatch clone, creator NetEase earns credit for discovering innovative ways to appeal to its unabashedly thirsty fanbase. Introducing Lady Loki, a completely new outfit for the existing Strategist hero Loki, providing players a comics-accurate depiction of the Norse deity.
A Reskin of Loki, Not Hela
Despite earlier fan speculation, the highly anticipated Lady Loki costume is definitely not a skin for Hela. Rather, it is a complete visual overhaul of Loki the character, featuring new voice lines. Based on the official preview, Lady Loki keeps all of Loki's signature abilities: Mystical Missile, his trickery skill, and his clone ability. The sole difference is her striking new look, designed to appeal to an segment of fans more than ready to part with their in-game currency.
